Welcome to Seven Angels Massage (“Seven Angels Massage”, “SAM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://www.sevenangelsmassage.com (the “Service”) and your booking and use of our mobile massage services.
By accessing or using our Service, contacting us, or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service or book our services.
1. Definitions
- Company refers to Seven Angels Massage Services, Metro Manila, Philippines.
- Client refers to the person booking and/or receiving services.
- Therapist refers to a service provider dispatched by the Company.
- Service refers to our website and our mobile massage services delivered at a client’s location.
- Booking refers to any confirmed appointment request made via our website, Fresha, messaging, phone, or other channels we provide.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to book or receive services.
- If a booking involves a minor (below 18), service is only possible with a parent/legal guardian present and with explicit consent, subject to our approval.
- By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to accept these Terms.
3. Our Services
We provide professional 24/7 mobile massage services in Metro Manila (home, condo, and hotel visits), subject to therapist availability and location coverage.
Our services are intended for relaxation and general wellness support only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4. Booking, Confirmation, and Arrival
- Bookings may be made through our website, Fresha, hotline, or official messaging channels.
- A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us.
- On-call arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, building policies, or unforeseen events. We will communicate delays as reasonably as possible.
5. Client Location Requirements
- You must provide a safe, clean, and private space suitable for the session.
- Towels/linens policy: Clients must provide clean towels/linens for the session. (Therapists do not bring towels/linens.)
- If the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or inappropriate, the therapist may refuse or end the session.
6. Professional Boundaries and Conduct
- Our services are strictly non-sexual.
- Any inappropriate behavior, requests, advances, or harassment will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and may result in being permanently refused service.
- Therapists may end a session if they feel unsafe, disrespected, or if boundaries are violated.
- Clients must follow reasonable instructions necessary for safety and professionalism during the session.
7. Health Information and Client Responsibility
- You are responsible for disclosing relevant conditions (e.g., injuries, allergies, recent surgery, pregnancy, skin conditions) before the session.
- If you are unsure whether massage is appropriate, please consult a physician before booking.
- Seven Angels Massage is not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed conditions or inaccurate information provided by the client.
8. Rates and Payment
- Prices/rates are shown on our website and/or Fresha and may be updated from time to time.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods may include cash, GCash, bank transfer, and other methods listed on our website.
9. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
To protect therapist time and scheduling availability, the following policies apply (unless your booking confirmation states otherwise):
- Rescheduling: Allowed subject to therapist availability.
- Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- No-show: Failure to show up or respond at the scheduled time/location may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.
- If the therapist arrives and cannot proceed due to client unavailability, building restrictions, or unsafe/inappropriate conditions, this may be treated as a late cancellation/no-show.
10. Service Refusal and Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session for reasons including (but not limited to): unsafe conditions, unsanitary environment, harassment/inappropriate conduct, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
11. Third-Party Platforms and Links
- We may use third-party services for bookings, communications, analytics, and security (e.g., Fresha, WhatsApp/Viber/SMS, Cloudflare, Google Analytics).
- Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse their content and are not responsible for their policies or actions.
12. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or perfect availability of therapists at all times.
- Massage results vary per person, and we do not promise specific outcomes.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seven Angels Massage and its staff/therapists shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of property, arising out of or related to the use of our Service.
Where allowed, our total liability for any claim related to a booking or service shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
